Construction Information is our core member service and we have been a trusted provider for over 59 years. We operate a comfortable physical Planroom at 1609 2nd St. NW in Albuquerque, with easy access to I-40 and downtown.
Our Online Planroom Service offers continuously-updated bid information 24/7 via the Internet. We also publish prebid construction information on a regular basis in our Early Bird in-planning and on-order files.

Plan Viewing
Current plans and specs are available for viewing in the Planroom. Additionally, members can check out plans overnight and on weekends or holidays for daily or overnight bookings away from the office. This service allows contractors the opportunity to view plans without paying hefty fees or worrying about deposits.
Plan Drop-Off Box
Members have access to a Plan Drop Off Box for after hours returns.

Wherever there's an internet connection, the planroom is at your fingertips. You can do your takeoffs directly online with our downloadable takeoff software and virtual plans, and prepare your bid from just about anywhere in the world.
The online planroom allows you to obtain full plans, specs and addenda for over 15,000 current and archived projects.
ARCHITECTURAL REPROGRAPHICS
Combining high-speed xerography with a staff knowledgeable in architectural language and requirements insures high-quality, accurate reproduction of your drawings and specifications in the least amount of time.
PLAN DISTRIBUTION
Let us handle the time-consuming job of distributing plans and specifications. We have the storage space and the personnel ready to manage all the record keeping and shipping requirements for you.
The planroom offers full-size copying services at reduced rates for members. We also have large and small format scanners to handle your document imaging needs. Plan copies can be ordered for most plans currently in the planroom.
We provide distribution services both in house and online.
