Architects, Engineers, and Owners wanting to provide their invited contractors with online access to their negotiated, private projects have universally expressed concern about security. “Who has access to my projects, and how can I control it?”

We Have the Answer

The Private Projects Service is a repository for plans and specifications, industry contacts, and other related information that may be pertinent to the project. You provide your invited contractors with a unique id/password, which allows them to access, view, print and/ or order plans and specifications 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from anywhere across the country or around the world. All you need is an internet connection.

When you send your project to Construction Reporter, we place your documents in a protected storage area on our servers. You provide the unique ID that controls access to your storage area.

Multiple Projects

You can have as many project areas as you wish, each with it’s own unique ID. This makes it possible for you to provide access to specific projects for different contractors and subs.

Anywhere in the World!

Your private administration area allows you to monitor site statistics at any time from anywhere in the world. Statistics like who accesses your plans, when your plans are viewed, and what sections are viewed.
